Creating Peace in:

Speech and action is based on consciousness. Successful peace talks are based on peace of mind. When a father and a son negotiate, talks succeed if the father and the son experience peace of mind. Likewise, when two groups talk peace, both groups must experience peace of mind. It is irrational to expect peaceful thoughts to flow from peaceless minds. For the horse to pull the cart, it has be placed in front. Peace of mind comes first.

Two rational negotiating teams can agree, but the agreement will not last if the groups are stressed out. Stress limits the mind, and limited minds experience limited peace, the logic will be limited and limiting. It bears limited fruits. A peace agreement must have support in the collective consciousness, and the collective consciousness must gain support from the source of peace, the ground state of the mind. Peace does not begin with peace talks. Peace begins with peace of mind.

Speech is the manisfestation of the mind. Putting peaceless minds to the table, is deceptive. It prolongs the suffering. Some diplomats are likely to defend their professional authority and claim that talking does influence people's consciousness. And they are right. Near coherence, incoherence dissolves. In the presence of peace of mind, the peaceless mind changes. But a small team of peaceful talkers cannot not give peace of mind to an entire nation.

Peace is a natural resource, like an unlimited oilfield. To access this resource, one needs technology. The source of peace is accessed with peace technology. Peace is a state of mind, the ground state of the mind, so logically it must be a technology of consciousness. This site explains how this technology works, how it removes the underlying stress in every vulcanic society.
